
Canadian actress Jessalyn Gilsig was born on November 30, 1971. She is most recognized for her performances as Siggy Haraldson in Vikings, Lauren Davis in Boston Public, Gina Russo in Nip/Tuck, Terri Schuester in Glee, and Lauren Davis in Boston Public.
Gilsig studied at Montreal’s McGill University from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English in that year. Later, she continued her acting education at the Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University.

She thought he was a “nice guy.” When movie producer Salomon relocated to Hollywood in 2002, the two rekindled their romance. Gilsig’s father is Jewish, therefore they had a customary Jewish wedding on January 1, 2005. Penelope Salomon, the daughter of Gilsig and Salomon, was born.
Salomon and Gilsig split in 2009, and on September 8, 2010, Gilsig requested a divorce, alleging irreconcilable differences. Gilsig acceded to American citizenship in 2013.
