2023 March Madness favorites
The Kansas Jayhawks are the favorites to win March Madness 2023 after winning it all two years ago. The Jayhawks are +1000 on BetMGM to cut down the nets after a strong recruiting class and bringing in center Hunter Dickinson from the transfer portal.
Two more blue bloods have the second and third-best odds to win it all. The Duke Blue Devils are second at +1300, followed by the Kentucky Wildcats at +1400.
From there, Purdue and Michigan State round out the top five. With Zach Edey returning, the Boilermakers are +1500 on BetGMM. The Spartans are fifth with +1600 odds on BetMGM.
Last year’s national champions, the UConn Huskies, are sixth in the preseason odds at +1800 to win another national championship.
